USAGE RESTRICTIONS

All of the content that appears on the Bands and Cups website, including all visuals, text, audio and video clips are subject to copyright protections and/or other intellectual property rights or licenses held by Bands and Cups LLP, India. Bands and Cups grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of the content on this website. Content of the Bands and Cups website is intended solely for the personal, use by the users of our Site. Any copying, reproduction, redistribution, modification, display, or creation of derivative works from the Website, the content of the Website, or the collective work must give full attribution to bandsandcups.com and indicate where any content has been altered.

(vii) Containing any form of advertising or solicitation if posted in areas of the Website which are not designated for such purposes or emailed to Bands and Cups users who have not indicated in writing that they consent to your contacting them about other services, products or commercial interests;

(viii) Advertises any illegal service;

(ix) Containing software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment;

(x) Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue with an excessive amount of Submissions (flooding attack) to the Website, or that otherwise negatively affects other users' ability to use the Website;
